PHOENIX LOAN FUND

Loans are available to businesses which cannot get all the finance they need from normal commercial sources.  We can provide loans of up to £10,000 and can help any kind of business to access the finance needed to develop the business.  Loans are for a period of up to 3 years.  A capital and interest repayment holiday of up to 6 months at the start of the loan is available

OFFICE UNITS TO LET

Office units of various sizes are available for all types of new and recent start businesses.  Rental costs start at £18 per week up to £63 per week.  The first six months are rental free for new start businesses.  Units are available on flexible terms and occupiers will not have to sign up for a minimum period

ADVICE & GUIDANCE

Goole Development Trust works alongside a team of Business Improvement Consultants from Business Link Humber, who are available to give free Business advice to you whether you are an existing business or just thinking of starting a business.

STAFF TRAINING GRANTS

If your company is training its employees to NVQ Level 4 and above (or equivalent) , is located within the boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire and has a workforce of up to 250 employees, you could be eligible for 45% towards the training cost.
